Inclusee Induction Training
Welcome to Inclusee’s Induction module.
Inclusee is currently updating our training, in line with recent changes.

The main change is that Volunteer Services manages the entire volunteer journey and relationship. All references to Connection Support Officer/s and Experience Support Officer/s (except when referencing an introductory call), will be replaced with Volunteer Support Officer.
The induction module is for all applicants seeking to become a volunteer at Inclusee.
In this module, we will cover the following topics:
- Information about Inclusee, our team, funding, and programs,
- Being an Inclusee volunteer,
- The screening process and,
- Safety and next steps.
We have purposely placed the induction and training process at the beginning of the screening process so that by the end of induction and training, you can ascertain if volunteering with us is the right fit for you, if we align with your values and what you hope to achieve from volunteering.
