Copy of Volunteers are the heart of Inclusee

At Inclusee, we are committed to enabling, empowering and engaging volunteers across the nation, to partner with us to alleviate isolation and loneliness for seniors in our community. Join in and be part of a network of passionate, dedicated individuals who make a positive difference to the life of a senior, whilst making new friends, learning new skills, expanding your network and gaining professional development opportunities.

We offer flexible, remote / virtual volunteer opportunities, with most roles only requiring a commitment of one hour per week! No need to leave the comfort of your own home (for our digital programs). While you invest your time with us, we invest in you with ongoing support and professional development! As an Inclusee volunteer, besides knowing that you have made a positive difference in the life of another, you will have access to free, anonymous telephone counselling, optional online mental health training through Lifeline, access to Virtual Volunteer Resilience Summit, dedicated support officer, virtual events, references, regular e-newsletter and so much more!

We provide our volunteers with the skills and tools they need to join our movement towards increasing connection and inclusion and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What do you need in order to be an Inclusee volunteer?

Our values are Trust, Compassion and Respect. We are seeking volunteers who demonstrate these values along with patience and excellent communication skills - actively listening is a must! No previous work or volunteer experience in the aged care sector is required. However, volunteers must have a genuine interest in connecting with a senior and be able to meet the requirements section below.
