Join Inclusee’s national movement to tackle loneliness, build friendships, and improve health—one simple greeting at a time.

Say G'Day Day is held annually on 21 November. We proudly align this special day with World Hello Day, a global celebration of peace and connection that has been running since 1973. While the official celebration happens in November, we encourage you to keep the "G'Day" spirit alive all year round!

At its heart, Say G'Day Day is about one incredibly simple act: saying "G'day" to someone. Started right here by Inclusee, it is a grassroots movement designed to tackle the growing issue of loneliness and isolation in Australia. Did you know that social connection is just as important for our health as staying active?

The World Health Organization has recognised that feeling connected to others is essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. Our goal is simple: greet ten people. Whether it’s a chat with a neighbour, a phone call to a grandchild, or a smile for the person at the bus stop, every connection matters.

You don’t need to host a grand event to make a difference. Whether you want to step out into the community or connect from the comfort of your living room, there is a way for everyone to participate.

Say G'Day Day is a national effort, and we are thrilled to be joined by a wonderful network of official Ambassadors, community groups, schools, and workplaces across the country. Together, we are building a more connected, healthier Australia.
