At Inclusee, we are committed to enabling, empowering and engaging online volunteers across the nation, to partner with us to alleviate isolation and loneliness for seniors in our community. Join in and be part of a network of passionate, dedicated individuals who make a positive difference to the life of a senior, whilst making new friends, learning new skills, expanding your network and gaining professional development opportunities through online volunteering.

We provide our volunteers with the skills and tools they need to join our movement towards increasing connection and inclusion and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Inclusee recognises the time, skills, dedication and valuable contribution of our team of wonderful online volunteers. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming workplace and are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive volunteer program.

We are seeking volunteers who demonstrate these values along with patience and excellent communication skills – actively listening is a must! No previous aged care volunteering experience is required. However, volunteers must have a genuine interest in connecting with seniors and be able to meet our volunteer requirements.

Inclusee engages volunteers across Australia to support us in achieving our mission. Our volunteers are responsible for providing a positive impact on the life of a senior. Together, we provide social connection, companionship and digital skills, along with the confidence and support to help keep older Australians independent and involved in our communities.

What You’ll Need:

To ensure the safety of our participants, you must be willing to apply for a National Police Check (we’ll pay for this) and be 18 years or older due to insurance purposes

Must have own laptop/computer, internet access and antivirus software

Not to be listed on the Aged Care Banning List

To complete all required online training, including SIRS and Aged Care Code of Conduct.

To be located in Australia
