Finalists in Diversity & Innovation Awards

Inclusee Recognised for Diversity, Innovation & Workplace Excellence 🏆

We’ve got some exciting news to share! 🚨

Inclusee has been named a national finalist in the 2025 iAwards for Championing Diversity to Drive Excellence in Innovation. A huge honour that celebrates our commitment to inclusive digital connection. On top of that, we’ve been recognised in two categories at this year’s Australian HR Awards: Excellence in Employer of Choice and Excellence in Remote Work Strategy.

That’s three finalist spots across two major awards. Safe to say, we’re feeling humbled, but proud.

iAwards for Championing Diversity to Drive Excellence in Innovation 🏆

The iAwards, hosted by the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), spotlight the people and organisations driving positive change through technology. Our nomination for Championing Diversity to Drive Excellence in Innovation is especially meaningful. As you can imagine, with a name like Inclusee, we are passionate about creating a space where everyone feels appreciated, seen and a true sense of belonging.

Our dedication to diversity isn't just a policy; it's a fundamental part of who we are and what we stand for. And it starts with the team that deliver our programs every day. Inclusee proudly focuses on supporting our staff to bring their authentic selves to their job, knowing that diversity enriches us by combining a multitude of perspectives and ideas that drive innovation and creativity. iAwards

HR Awards Excellence in Remote Work Strategy & Employer of Choice 🏆

We’re equally proud of the two finalist spots at the Australian HR Awards. These recognise the people and policies behind the scenes that make Inclusee not just a great service provider, but a great place to work. HR Awards

  • Excellence in Employer of Choice celebrates organisations that truly put their people first. For us, that means flexibility, genuine connection, and a work culture that’s built on empathy, not just policies.
  • Excellence in Remote Work Strategy recognises the way we’ve embraced remote work not as a workaround, but as a strategy for accessibility, wellbeing, and sustainability. Our whole team works from home, but we’re deeply connected; digitally, emotionally and in purpose.

These honours recognise the heart of what we do — putting people first. Whether it's designing digital programs that foster meaningful connection or building a flexible and values-driven remote culture, inclusion is the thread that ties it all together.

Awards are lovely (and yes, we’re doing a little happy dance), but what matters most is the impact behind them. These nominations celebrate the heart of Inclusee, our commitment to making sure no one feels left behind, and our belief that innovation is better when everyone is invited to the table.
