At Inclusee, we are committed to enabling, empowering and engaging online volunteers across the nation, to partner with us to alleviate isolation and loneliness for seniors in our community. Join in and be part of a network of passionate, dedicated individuals who make a positive difference to the life of a senior, whilst making new friends, learning new skills, expanding your network and gaining professional development opportunities through online volunteering.

We provide our volunteers with the skills and tools they need to join our movement towards increasing connection and inclusion and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What Do You Need in Order to Be an Online Inclusee Volunteer?

At Inclusee, we truly value the time, skills and dedication our incredible volunteers bring to the community. We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment, and to building a volunteer community that is diverse, inclusive and supportive for all.

We’re looking for volunteers who share our values, along with patience and strong communication skills, especially a genuine willingness to listen. No aged care experience is needed; what matters most is your interest in connecting with seniors and meeting our volunteer requirements.

Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. Across Australia, they help create meaningful connections, offering companionship, building digital confidence, and supporting older Australians to stay independent and engaged in their communities.

What you’ll need to get started:

Be based in Australia and aged 18 or over

Access to a computer and internet

Not be listed on the Aged Care Banning List

Be willing to complete a National Police Check (we’ll cover the cost)

Complete our short online training (including SIRS and the Aged Care Code of Conduct)
